    Camau a gymerwyd:

    Aim: Reduce incidents of street violence along Putney High Street through proactive policing, targeted enforcement, and strong partnership working.

    Key Priorities:
    Prevention: Increase visible policing presence to deter violence and provide reassurance to the public.
    Enforcement: Identify, target, and take robust action against offenders involved in violent crime, particularly repeat offenders.
    Partnership: Work collaboratively with licensed premises, local authority, transport providers, and community groups.
    Intelligence: Develop accurate intelligence on offenders, locations, and peak times to inform deployment and interventions.

    Actions & Responsibilities:
    High-Visibility and Plain Clothes Patrols
    - Deploy officers to hotspot locations (e.g. night-time economy areas, transport hubs) during peak offending times (evenings/weekends).
    - Use foot and cycle patrols to maximise visibility and engagement.
    - Conduct plain clothes operations to identify offenders carrying weapons or involved in violent activity.

    Licensed Premises & Night-Time Economy Engagement:
    - Conduct regular visits to pubs, bars, clubs, and late-night venues.
    - Work with venue management to improve safety measures (SIA presence, CCTV, incident logs).
    - Promote schemes such as Pubwatch.
    - Encourage reporting of all violent incidents and intelligence sharing.

    Intelligence Gathering:
    - Ensure all violent incidents are accurately recorded and linked where appropriate.
    - Identify repeat locations, peak times, and prolific offenders.
    - Develop and circulate offender nominal packages via briefing systems.
    - Work with specialist units (e.g. CID, Violence Suppression Units, Safer Transport Teams).

    Enforcement Strategy:
    - Prioritise arrest and positive action for violence-related offences.
    - Target known offenders with proactive policing tactics (wanted checks, bail compliance, breach arrests).
    - Apply for CBOs (Criminal Behaviour Orders) or other relevant orders where appropriate.
    - Work with CPS to ensure strong evidence-led prosecutions (CCTV, BWV, witness statements).
    - Consider early intervention or diversion pathways where appropriate for low-level offenders.

    Communication:
    - Update local businesses and community via MetEngage, ward panel meetings, and social media.

    Key Priorities:
    Prevention: Increase visible presence and deter offenders.
    Enforcement: Respond swiftly to reported incidents and pursue repeat offenders.
    Partnership: Work collaboratively with local businesses and retail security teams.
    Intelligence: Gather and share information on offenders and hotspots.

    Actions & Responsibilities:
    High-Visibility and plain clothed patrols.
    - Deploy officers to identified hotspot locations during peak offending times.
    - Use a mix of foot and cycle patrols to maximise visibility and accessibility.
    - Conduct plain clothes operations where appropriate to identify active offenders.

    Retailer Engagement:
    - Conduct regular visits to key retailers.
    - Provide tailored crime prevention advice (e.g. CCTV coverage, product placement, staff vigilance).
    - Encourage participation in Shopwatch or similar information-sharing schemes.
    - Promote consistent reporting of all theft offences (will likely result in more theft reported increasing statistics).

    Intelligence Gathering:
    - Ensure all offences are accurately recorded and linked where appropriate.
    - Identify repeat and prolific offenders and circulate via briefing systems.
    - Share intelligence with neighbouring wards and relevant teams (e.g. CID, Safer Transport, etc.).

    Enforcement Strategy:
    - Prioritise arrest and prosecution of prolific offenders.
    - Utilise voluntary interviews where proportionate.
    - Consider out-of-court disposals for low-level/first-time offenders where appropriate.
    - Work with CPS to ensure strong, evidence-led case files (CCTV, witness statements, MG forms completed to standard).

    Communication:
    - Update local businesses and community via MetEngage or social media to publicise successful interventions to build confidence.

    Aim: Reduce incidents of bicycle theft across the ward, particularly in hotspot areas such as Putney Embankment, through targeted patrols, prevention advice and partnership working.

    Key Priorities:
    Prevention: Deter offenders through increased visibility and public awareness.
    Enforcement: Identify and take action against repeat offenders and those handling stolen bikes.
    Partnership: Work collaboratively with local councils, cycling groups and businesses.
    Intelligence: Develop a clear picture of hotspots, methods and offenders.

    Actions & Responsibilities:
    High-Visibility and Plain Clothes Patrols:
    - Deploy officers to identified hotspot locations, including Putney Embankment and key transport hubs, during peak offending times.
    - Use a combination of foot and cycle patrols to maximise coverage and engagement with cyclists.
    - Conduct plain clothes operations to identify offenders targeting poorly secured bicycles.

    Public Engagement & Crime Prevention:
    - Engage with cyclists to provide crime prevention advice (e.g. use of high-quality D-locks, securing both frame and wheels, avoiding isolated areas).
    - Promote bicycle registration schemes such as BikeRegister.
    - Encourage use of secure cycle storage facilities where available.

    Partnership Working:
    - Work with the local authority to identify and improve security at cycle parking locations (e.g. CCTV coverage).
    - Liaise with local businesses and gyms to promote safe cycle storage for customers and staff.
    - Engage with cycling groups and community forums to raise awareness.

    Intelligence Gathering:
    - Ensure all bicycle theft offences are accurately recorded, including key details such as location, time and method of theft.
    - Identify repeat locations and emerging patterns.
    - Share intelligence across neighbouring wards and with specialist teams.

    Enforcement Strategy:
    - Target known and suspected prolific offenders where identified.
    - Conduct stop checks where grounds exist, particularly in hotspot areas.
    - Build strong case files with supporting evidence (CCTV, statements, bike registration data).

    Communication:
    - Use Met Engage and social media to provide crime prevention advice, updates on enforcement activity and promote successful recoveries as well as arrests to deter offenders and reassure the public.
