    Specific:
    Reduce anti-social behaviour and public order offences across Little Venice Ward, focusing on locations identified through community concerns, police intelligence and partner agency reports.
    Measurable:
    Monitor recorded ASB incidents, public order offences, repeat locations, repeat offenders and the number of Community Protection Warnings (CPWs), Community Protection Notices (CPNs) and Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs) issued or enforced.
    Achievable:
    Work alongside Westminster City Council, Transport for London (TfL), local councillors and partner agencies to identify problem locations and undertake joint enforcement operations. Utilise CPWs, CPNs and CBOs where appropriate to address persistent offending behaviour.
    Relevant:
    ASB has a direct impact on community confidence, quality of life and public perceptions of safety. Addressing persistent offenders and hotspot locations remains a key neighbourhood policing priority.
    Time-bound:
    Review ASB trends, enforcement outcomes and partnership activity every 6–8 weeks to assess effectiveness and adjust tactics when necessary.
    Operational Activity:
    Carry out targeted patrols in identified hotspot locations, engage with local businesses and residents, and deploy enforcement measures against individuals responsible for repeated anti-social behaviour to improve public confidence and reduce harm within the community.

    Specific:
    Reduce residential and commercial burglary offences across the W2 postal area within Little Venice Ward, with a focus on identified hotspot locations and repeat victim addresses.
    Measurable:
    Track burglary offence levels, repeat victims, crime prevention engagements, patrol activity and intelligence relating to burglary offenders. Monitor crime trends through regular analysis of local crime data and community reporting.
    Achievable:
    Deploy targeted high-visibility patrols in burglary hotspot areas during periods identified through crime pattern analysis. Deliver crime prevention advice and security surveys to residents and businesses, whilst working with local partners to improve security measures and encourage reporting.
    Relevant:
    Burglary has been identified as a key community concern and remains one of the ward's agreed policing priorities. The offence negatively impacts victims and community confidence in local safety.
    Time-bound:
    Reduce burglary offences over the next 12 weeks, with performance and effectiveness reviewed quarterly using crime data, community feedback and enforcement outcomes.
    Operational Activity:
    Prioritise patrols in locations and time periods where burglary offences are most prevalent. Work with residents, businesses and community groups such as Neighbourhood Watch to prevent offences through education, visible policing and proactive engagement. Provide regular crime prevention advice and maintain a problem-solving approach to reduce opportunities for offending.

    Specific:
    Reduce robbery offences within the Little Venice Ward, with a particular focus on the Edgware Road and Warrington Crescent areas, where offences are most prevalent during the late afternoon and evening periods.
    Measurable:
    Use PLANWEB, Met Insights, local intelligence, robbery team briefings, community engagement meetings and crime data to identify robbery hotspots, repeat victims, prolific offenders and peak offending times. Monitor robbery offence levels, stop and search activity, arrests and intelligence submissions throughout the review period.
    Achievable:
    Conduct targeted high-visibility and plain-clothes patrols in identified hotspot locations during peak offending periods. Utilise stop and search powers where lawful, develop intelligence around suspected offenders, and continue partnership work with Westminster City Council to support the installation of CCTV in areas assessed as being most vulnerable to robbery.
    Relevant:
    Robbery remains a significant concern raised by residents and local stakeholders. Historical crime patterns and local intelligence identify the area as a persistent hotspot where young people are targeted for theft and personal robbery offences.
    Time-bound:
    Reduce robbery offences within the identified hotspot areas over the next 12 weeks, with progress reviewed at quarterly intervals through crime performance data, community feedback and intelligence assessments.
    Operational Activity:
    Maintain an up-to-date understanding of individuals suspected or convicted of robbery offences. Work closely with specialist robbery teams and proactive policing units to identify, target and disrupt offenders, while providing a visible police presence to reassure the community and reduce opportunities for offending.
