We have been conducting joint patrols with Dudley Council Street Wardens and local councillors as well as invoking civil measures/initiatives to minimise further ASB issues/criminal offences with persistent offenders

    Actioned 24 May 2026

  • Priority:

    Issued 24 May 2026

Officers have conducted visible patrols in hot spot areas where serious youth violence is likely to occur. During patrols positive action will be taken by officers including enforcement (Arrest), stop and search, making referrals and other methods that will prevent and deter youths from committing acts of serious violence. We have also conducted regular reassurance patrols at our educational establishments, promoting awareness in regards to serious youth violence and knife crime as well as conducting crime prevention events at local schools and colleges

    Action taken:

Anti Social Behaviour patrols and enforcement in hotspot areas such as Claverley Court, Butterfield Court, Russells Hall Park, Milking Bank Park and Osprey Drive. We have been focusing our patrols in these areas and will look to enforce and take positive action. We have conducted a number of police surgeries and multi-agency crime prevention engagement events within the locality to provide our communities with the opportunity to engage and discuss any ASB issues with the team. We are also regularly liaising with our partners to provide a cohesive approach to dealing with persistent problems and issues

    Actioned 24 May 2026

  • Priority:

Castle & Priory - High visibility reassurance patrols within the Wrens Nest Estate focused towards reducing and minimising anti-social behaviour and criminal offences

    Issued 24 May 2026

    Action taken:

The issue of dealing with anti-social behaviour is one of the main priorities for the local neighbourhood. The Dudley Central Neighbourhood Team will continue to conduct regular reassurance patrols within the locality maximising enforcement opportunities minimising ASB and potential criminal offences as well as implementing civil interventions with partner agencies.
