About us

Local policing teams are groups of officers dedicated to serving the community. Teams are made up of officers based in the area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

    RBC have reported concerns over drug dealing and use coming from an address on Hadrains Walk, which appears to come from an address that appears to be subject to cuckooing

    Action taken:

    At this time TVP are working with RBC to secure a further Partial Closure Order at an address on Newcastle Road that has been identified as being cuckooed with known drug users and a dealer being found in the address. A CPW and a CPN have also been issued preventing them from being on the Hexham Road Estate

  • Priority:

    There has been on-going issues on Shinfield Rec that now the weather has changed are starting to increase again with a noticeable increase in drug users in this area

    A number of stop and searches has been carried out by the team in this area which has resulted in significant arrests and adults have been issued with out of court disposals after being found in possession of Cannabis

    Following the recent Safer Neighbourhood Meeting, Farmers Close has been identified as being busy with drug dealing and Cannabis use, more so in the car parks that face out towards the park
