    Drug dealing/ASB is taking place at all times of the day in and around CARSDALE CLOSE and LAUD CLOSE. This is mainly taking place in public and is occurring throughout the day. TVP are liaising with partner agencies to identify issues and take action.

    Action taken:

    Working with STRONGHOLD (drugs team) to build up a profile of users and dealers.. Also working with the housing association around the individual drug users living in the area. Patrols of the area and looking at partial Closure Order in LAUD CLOSE where ASB is most prolific.
    Have liaised with STRONGHOLD which resulted in the arrest of 2 males for PWITS.
    CCTV has been erected in the footpath on SHEEPSLANE where dealing has been taking place. Working withy RBC to get a gate put in place to stop users congregating in waste land area.
    A closure Order has been applied for at a local address on WENSLEY RD where residents have been complaining about local drug users attending
    Acting on information provided by local residents 2 further Misuse of Drugs warrants were executed at local addresses. This resulted in the arrest of 3 persons. 1 was released no further action whilst the other two are currently on remand awaiting trial.
    An extension was granted for another 3 months at a Closure Order following the arrest and seizure of a large quantity of drugs. Two people are currently on bail for this offence.
    Following intelligence supplied by residents another male was arrested by the STRONGHOLD team after liaising with NHPT.
    2 X further arrests have been made by the drug team- both offenders released on bail. These arrests were made following information supplied by residents.
    Continued patrols of the area and visiting known addresses of drug users/ASB.
    Local NHPT team are still conducting regular patrols in the area

    ASB is being caused by drug users in a residential area that houses mainly older people and young families. The users are meeting up and dropping litter, urinating whilst waiting to be dealt to.
    The area is a natural cut through with lots of areas that are out of sight. a couple of related bike thefts have occurred.

    Action taken:

    Have been working closely with residents after they reported ASB where drug users are congregating and 2 x related bike thefts have occurred. Further work to be done around trying to identify the users and the dealer. Working alongside the drug team (STRONGHOLD) & HRU(HARM REDUCTION TEAM). Patrols of the area.

    Action taken:

    dealing taking place in the area, NHW has already been set up in Benyon Court & Epsom Court. Joint visit alongside RBC Safer Realms team has established areas that can be environmentally enhanced. CPW’s to be issued to anyone seen dealing in the area via residents CCTV. NHPT actively patrolling the area
