Policing priorities

  • Priority:

    Action taken:

  • Priority:

Anti-Social Behaviour and drug-related activity on the streets and in our green open spaces.

    Issued 07 October 2026

    Action taken:

High visibility proactive patrols will be completed in the following locations:
    > Larchfield Road
    > Westborough Road
    > Grenfell Road
    > Brunel Close / The Gullet
    Open spaces:
Little Thicket Car Park – Cox Green
Ockwells Road and Park – Cox Green
    Desborough Park – Desborough
    Maidenhead Golf Club (now closed)
    Braywick Sport Ground – Braywick

Through a recent Resident survey through TV Alerts and Police reporting systems data this issue is a priority.

As of 5th of July we have 3 partial or full closure orders on addresses. These have either been extended to allow for housing services to evict or continue to work with the home owners to prevent further ASB.
HOLIDAY INN, Maidenhead – We are continuing to work in close relationships and conducting continued patrols and engagement. If you have any concerns then please use the your area page on the TVP website to contact us.

08/08/2026: Both PC's and PCSO's have been patrolling the open spaces and area mentioned especially around the Brunel Close area during the evenings.
A new closer order has been completed in Homeside Close in order to reduce ASB and drug use. July has been an extremely busy month in regards to demand but we look forward to completing further work in these areas.

    07/09/2026;
We have worked closely with local housing in Brunel Close resulting in a repossession of a property later this month for a well known problem resident in the area. We hope this will reduce overall issues in the area.

We have been patrolling open parks and spaces with the plans of increased patrols around Braywick leisure centre sports grounds and the attached wooded areas.

We are sending out more and more ASB Surveys to identify and tackle anti social behaviour especially in residential areas. If you receive a survey or a PCSO comes to your door please tell us what you can.

    07/10/2026:
We will be keeping this as a priority and as a collective Neighbourhood team we are looking tackle drugs issues around Maidenhead through warrants and disruption. Please do follow us on facebook to see updates on these.

    Actioned 07 October 2026

If there are other areas you wish us to focus on please sign up to TV Alerts to have your say on the next survey. https://www.thamesvalleyalert.co.uk/

08/08/2026 - We are looking to organise Op Pulse E-bike and E-scooter operations over the next week and will update TV alerts and Facebook with the results.
07/09/2026: - We have organised two operations this month and will update facebook with the results. We will be trying to organise one or two operations and month moving forward and will be changing the locations.
09/10/2026 - We have had positive results in seizing e-scooters and illegal e-bikes in and around Maidenhead. We know this is a priority for our local communities and will continue to complete operations in our area.

    Actioned 07 October 2026

  • Priority:

Oakley Green Road, Fifield. Speeding and HGV issues

This has been identified through a Have Your Say meeting at Braywood Village Hall in late September 2026.

    Issued 07 October 2026

    Action taken:

We will be looking to assist in dealing with the issue whilst engaging with partner agencies and local residents/speed watch groups. The community has spoken out to us and we will listen and do what we can to help.
This will be a joint response along with the Windsor West Neighbourhood team and roads policing due to reported speeding and road issues outside the Braywood School.
