    S - Reduce shoplifting offences, in particular those that involve violence, in the Lancaster Gate area, in particular, Queensway.
    M - Measured by a reduction in reports of shoplifting within Lancaster Gate footprint.

    A - Achieved by building an intelligence picture of the top prolific offenders for shoplifting and high visibility patrols in hotspot areas, utilising stop and search.
    Working in partnership with affected businesses and building strong working relationships.
    R - This issue is relevant to the borough of Westminster, shoplifting offences involving threats or violence effect people who work in the community and is flagged as a concern.
    T - This priority will be measured over a 3 month period and at the next Ward Panel meeting.

    S – Reduce residential burglary in the Lancaster Gate area
    M – Measured by a reduction in reports of burglary within the Lancaster Gate footprint.

    Action taken:

    A – Achieved by building an intelligence picture of prolific burglars in the area, working with the Burglary team to target arresting suspects and CBO from the area. High visibility foot patrols in hotspot areas by PCs and PCSOs. Providing crime prevention material and getting the community signed up to Met Engage.
    R – This issue to is relevant, burglary is a priority crime for the borough of Westminster and this crime greatly affects the victims.
    T - This priority will be measured over a 3 month period and at the next Ward Panel meeting.

    ASB.
    S – Target areas causing ASB in the community.
    M – Measured by a reduction in reports of ASB

    Action taken:

    A – Achieved by patrols in hotspot areas for ASB, utilising stop and search for drug offences that impact ASB, letting the community know what local police have been doing to keep everyone updated with actions taken.
    R – ASB is linked to drug use and public order offences which are reported consistently by Lancaster Gate residents.
    T - This priority will be measured over a 3 month period and at the next Ward Panel meeting.
