    -Continue to carry out High vis reassurance patrols and plain clothes proactive patrols in these areas of the ward
    - Continue monitoring all reports and ensuring follow ups are being conducted
    - Continue patrolling all open spaces

    Action taken:

    -Community raised concerns over burglaries taking place in the residential roads of Vine Lane and Long Lane. In response to this local officers will conduct target patrols on all late shifts to deter potential offenders.
    - to ensure Met engage messages are sent to residents to notify them of any burglaries on the ward teamed with CP advice on home security.
    - Continue to carry out High visibility reassurance patrols and plain clothes proactive patrols in these areas of the ward
    -Area to be leafleted with crime prevention advice so the area is on alert for potential offenders.

    Action taken:

    - Raised at the last ward panel meeting for a new priority.

    - Anti social behaviour including drug use around Keith Park Road MOD Estate, Vine Lane and Portman Gardens.

    - Officers will continue to patrol these locations at the given times to attempt to reduce ASB in the local area.
