About us

    Vehicle Crime PMP/65761/24
    Vehicle crime continues to be one of the highest crime in the area.

    Action taken:

    Officers will gather data and look to identify areas where crime is occurring, or type/makes of vehicles being targeted. Crime prevention advice and stands will be completed, property marking to be conducted to safeguard property within vehicles, and operations will be completed with internal departments for preventative and disruption to this crime.

    Shoplifting - PMP/2695/26
    Co-op Well Hall Road. This is the highest crime on the ward and needs to be addressed.

    Action taken:

    Operations will be conducted at the Co - op. Close working relationship is being built and officers are looking to identify PPOs and link unreported crimes together to ensure all crimes are investigated and dealt with. Shoplifting has a negative effect on the community and numerous offences are linked to this crime. We will endeavour to deal robustly with all offences to reduce crime and increase community confidence.

    VAWG- PMP/89540/24
    VAWG continues to be a concern for residents and is supported by being one of the highest crimes. The majority of VAWG crime is from domestics within family homes.

    Action taken:

    Officers will look to conduct walk and talks in areas where crime is the highest, and hold VAWG stands within the community and various venues to raise awareness and offer support in this area.
