    Drug dealing.

    Action taken:

    The local beat officer has conducted high-visibility patrols in the Tower Hamlets area and has engaged with local residents regarding reports and concerns of suspected drug dealing. During these patrols, reassurance was provided to the community, intelligence opportunities were explored, and residents were encouraged to continue reporting any suspicious activity. The patrols will continue as part of ongoing neighbourhood policing activity to address community concerns and gather further information in relation to suspected drug-related offences.

    Road safety issues.

    Action taken:

    The local beat officer carries out regular high-visibility patrols within the area, proactively monitoring and responding to road safety concerns whenever opportunities present themselves. Enforcement action has been taken against illegal e-scooter use and uninsured drivers, with vehicles being seized where appropriate under relevant legislation.

    In addition to enforcement activity, the local beat officer works closely with partner agencies, including CCTV operators, local authorities, and other stakeholders, to identify road safety concerns and raise awareness of issues affecting the community. Through joint working, targeted patrols, intelligence sharing, and community engagement, efforts are made to educate road users, improve compliance with road traffic legislation, and promote safer roads for all residents.

    Nuisance motorcycles.

    Action taken:

    Officers continue to take reports of nuisance motorcycles seriously and carry out targeted patrols in areas where concerns have been raised. Proactive policing activity has led to a number of arrests linked to the unlawful use of motorcycles, helping to reduce the impact of this behaviour on local residents. Officers continue to monitor reports, gather information and focus patrols on locations affected by nuisance motorcycles and related antisocial behaviour. Information provided by the public plays an important role in helping officers identify offenders, understand patterns of activity and take appropriate action. Residents are encouraged to continue reporting incidents, as this helps officers target their activity and improve safety within the community.
