    Vehicle crime.

    Action taken:

    Officers continue to monitor reports of vehicle crime within the ward and carry out patrols where appropriate. Positively, there have been no reported vehicle crime offences during this reporting period. Officers will continue to maintain a visible presence, engage with residents and respond to any emerging concerns.

    As reports have remained low, this priority will be reviewed to ensure it continues to reflect the issues that matter most to the local community. Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity, as information from the public helps officers identify emerging issues, direct patrols effectively and take action to prevent crime.

    Burglary - residential.

    Action taken:

    Officers continue to monitor reports of burglary and carry out patrols where appropriate to help prevent offences and provide reassurance to residents. Positively, there have been no reported burglary offences in the area during this reporting period. While reports remain low, officers recognise that burglary remains a concern for many residents and will continue to work proactively to keep local communities safe.

    Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to Kent Police. Information provided by the public helps officers identify emerging issues, target patrol activity and take action to prevent crime. Through ongoing patrols, community engagement and crime prevention activity, officers continue to work to protect homes, property and local communities.

    Road safety.

    Action taken:

    Officers continue to respond to concerns about nuisance vehicles through targeted patrols and enforcement activity. Information provided by residents helps officers identify those responsible, gather intelligence and focus patrols in locations where concerns are greatest. Where offences are identified, officers use appropriate road traffic and antisocial behaviour powers to take action and reduce the impact on the community.

    Although reports of nuisance vehicle-related incidents have remained low during this reporting period, officers will continue to monitor the situation and respond to concerns raised by residents. Through ongoing patrols, enforcement activity and community engagement, officers remain committed to preventing nuisance vehicle use, improving road safety and keeping local communities safe. Residents are encouraged to continue reporting incidents, as information from the public plays a vital role in helping officers identify offenders, build intelligence and target resources where they are most needed.
