    Nuisance antisocial behaviour.

    Action taken:

    Officers continue to carry out targeted patrols in New Ash Green, particularly around The Row, in response to concerns about antisocial behaviour.

    Reports relating to the misuse of catapults have reduced in recent months, which is a positive sign that the issue is becoming less common. Regular patrols continue to provide reassurance to residents and businesses, identify emerging concerns and help prevent further incidents.

    Officers have also carried out vehicle stops within the village, resulting in a number of off-road bikes and vehicles being seized after being used illegally or in a way that had a negative impact on the community. Through ongoing patrols, enforcement activity and partnership working, officers continue to tackle antisocial behaviour, nuisance vehicle use and community concerns.

    Action taken:

    Reports of vehicle crime have reduced in the area, with only 2 offences reported during the last 2 months. While this is a positive trend, officers continue to monitor the situation and carry out patrols to help prevent further offences. Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant, secure their vehicles and report any suspicious activity, as information from the community helps officers identify offenders and keep local neighbourhoods safe.

    Officers continue to address concerns about criminal damage through targeted patrols, community engagement and partnership working. Reports of criminal damage linked to antisocial behaviour and vehicle crime have reduced in recent months, which is a positive trend for the area. Officers continue to monitor reports, carry out regular patrols and respond to concerns raised by residents. Where appropriate, police powers are used to prevent further incidents, identify those responsible and take action against offenders. Through ongoing enforcement and close work with the community, officers remain committed to reducing criminal damage and improving community safety.
