    Anti Social Behaviour - Teesville

    Issued 26 May 2026

    Action taken:

Teesville: As a team Eston Neighbourhoods work with businesses, members of the community and partner agencies to tackle/reduce ASB in the area. We do this my conducting hi visibility patrols and addressing issues when they first arise to prevent escalation. Working with schools is a brilliant when helping identify youths in the area causing ASB, helping us go straight to the source to speak to the ones instigating the ASB and their parents. In the warmer months as the grass begins to dry out after being cut youths in the area often focus on whale Hill tip to hang out setting fires and causing a nuisance in the area for neighbours. Regular patrols during school leave times and on whale hill tip should help reduce ASB.

Issuing AS13 warnings to individuals identified and doing referrals to the fire department for the fire safety courses or early intervention. All of this is made possible by community engagements and engaging with others in the community.

    Drug dealing - Teesville

    Issued 26 May 2026

    Action taken:

Teesville: Greater Eston neighbourhood team are proactively taking measures developing intelligence to efficiently tackle drug dealers in the local area. We will continue to develop intelligence and act wherever required by obtaining warrants and arresting dealers who continue to cause harm to the local community. This links in with ORB’s being an issues in the area as we are aware that many people use them as a way to transport and sell drugs quickly.

  • Priority:

Criminal use of bikes - Teesville

    Issued 26 May 2026

    Action taken:

    Teesville

The Eston neighbourhood's teams continuously act against illegal off road bike usage all over the Greater Eston area. There is a new off road bike plan in regards to the OP ENDURANCE, the aim is to carry out more regular OP ENDURANCES’ to target the locations of where the bikes are along with the more commonly used routes. Many bikes are sighted causing issues in the area going through the Teesville ward, using Hazlewood drive as a cut through to the trunk road and Skippers lane industrial park. Regular OP Endurances will continue to help us seize the bikes and clear them off the road as they are a safety risk and often used to help traffic drugs.
