    Issued 30 January 2026

    Action taken:

There have been no further reports regarding this priority. As such this will now be closed pending any further calls of issues in Clevedon Road.

    Actioned 07 June 2026

  • Priority:

There are increasing reports of youths or young people who are driving cars without either licence or not in accordance with their licence.  The cars are in some cases uninsured, untaxed and are not road legal i.e. with no MOT.  They are driving around the area sometimes with several other people who are of a same or similar age.

We are aware youths are either purchasing cars for a low price on facebook or taking parents cars in the middle of the night.

We are encouraging parents to have conversations with their young people around the dangers of this behaviour, and we are asking members of the public to report any suspicious activity, driving or sightings that maybe linked.

    Issued 14 February 2026

    Action taken:

This will remain a priority as this issue continues and is having a wide reaching negative effect on our community.
We are keen to, and have been, taking positive action on offences in our efforts to tackle these ongoing issues.
Please report any issues or intelligence around this issue so that we can take positive action.

    Actioned 07 June 2026

  • Priority:

There has been a ongoing issue with anti-social behaviour and criminal damage to the Holly Court precinct in Midsomer Norton. Shop fronts have been damaged, youths have been climbing on the roof causing damage and a danger to themselves and members of the public have experienced aggressive and anti-social behaviour directed at them.

    Issued 01 May 2026

    Action taken:

Communication has continued with with both the owners of the building and the business owners. This has been verry successful and lead to new security fencing alongside the CCTV system.
We have maintained good communication with the business owners and Holly Court Management Ass.
We have also continued the regular beat surgeries which have continued to be very successful.
Please report any further issues relating to this referencing case 5226131117.
