The Horizon Scandal Fund is a registered charity which pays out grants to those in need as a result of the scandal. Grants can be used for things such as:
- counselling
- therapy
- respite breaks
- legal costs
- paying for rent, food, heating and medical equipment
The Horizon Scandal Fund is independent of the Post Office or any other government agency. All applications are confidential.
The Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry (POHITI)
POHITI offers free health and wellbeing support via its wellbeing partner PAM Wellness. A helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Lost Chances is a charity founded by the adult children of former sub-postmasters impacted by the Post Office Horizon scandal. Its aim is to support others in a similar position. It provides educational grants, mental health support, creative training, and career development.
