Local policing teams are groups of officers dedicated to serving the community. Teams are made up of officers based in the area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

    •Discuss and action demand locations with partners at Town and Borough Tasking.
    •Engagement at schools to prevent offending results by delivering advise and education to students.
    •Plain cloths operations resulting in the stop search and arrest of approximately 10+ people. These arrests are from several incidents across various days.
    •Various events in the community to engage with communities and allow them to raise concerns and crime prevention items and advise.
    •Numerous intelligence submissions completed.

    •Meetings with key retailers to support the arrest of retail criminals.

    •Working with local community to identify suspects of off-road bikes and take positive action.
    Gather any intelligence to identify any suspects.
    CCTV opportunities
    •Home visits to issue warning letters in relation to off road bikes.
    •High visibility patrols around our key locations such as Warrens Hall, Bumble Hole and open spaces.
    •Police Operations with Police Off Road bikes to target bikes not on the highway.
    •Worked with our Road Harm Reduction Team to target bikes on the road.
    •Work in partnership with DY LPA.
