About us

Local policing teams are groups of officers dedicated to serving the community. Teams are made up of officers based in the area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

    Reports of Anti-social behaviour, drug use near to the underpass between Downs Barn and Conniburrow

    Action taken:

    The Neighbourhood team will carry out visits and  target known offenders.
    We are continuing to conduct regular high visibility patrols both on foot and in vehicles.
    We will monitor CCTV to spot offenders and gather evidence.
    We have utilised our stop and search powers where appropriate.

    There has been reports of Anti Social Behaviour in blocks of flats in Conniburrow. Mainly in the block of flats on the Boulevard, Woodruff Avnue and Speedwell Place

    Action taken:

    The Neighbourhood team are conducting regular high visibility patrols to discourage anti-social behaviour. We will continue to try to identify persons responsible.
    We have utilised our stop and search powers where there are grounds to do so. We have spoken to the residents and have worked in partnership with the housing association to ensure the communal doors are secure. Persons involved will be warned about their behaviour and consideration will be made to issue community protection warnings (CPW’s) to anyone over the age of 16.

    We have received reports of the car park being used for anti-social behaviour, including littering and noise, effecting residents nearby

    Action taken:

    The Neighbourhood team have increased high visibility patrols in this area and have utilised our stop and search powers where there has been ground to do so. We have gathered intelligence and are working with intelligence teams to identify offenders. We will be using our Have Your Say events to also reach out to residents, ensuring appropriate advice is offered. We have added this onto our patrol plan. 
    We are also working with Milton Keynes council and landlords to identify addresses that may be being used to deal drugs from and robust action will be taken against those responsible .
