About us

Local policing teams are groups of officers dedicated to serving the community. Teams are made up of officers based in the area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

    Promote road safety within the village of Long Melford.

    You Said we did: Road safety promoted through partnership working with relevant agencies. Targeted speed enforcement and educational activity conducted using speed detection equipment, with appropriate traffic offence reports issued where offences were identified.

    Numerous reports of ASB at Bures Recreational Ground where children will congregate and drink alcohol and other activities which is having a detrimental effect on the local community.
