About us

Local policing teams are groups of officers dedicated to serving the community. Teams are made up of officers based in the area, supported by additional officers from the wider area. 

Teams work closely with local authorities, organisations, partners and residents to decide policing priorities. This helps teams find long-term solutions to local problems.

    The residents who have been directly affected by ASB have been visited and are kept up to date with actions by both Police and Partners.

    We issued PACT warning notices to unattended vehicles and requested drivers to park elsewhere when present.
    BCBC have reinforced the lines making them clearer.
    We have conducted leaflet drops in affected communities.
    Residents have been updated via PACT meetings and through SWL messaging.

    The local Councillor has submitted a referral for the mirror to be replaced.
    The lighting issue has been resolved by National Grid.
    Residents have been updated via PACT meetings and through SWL messaging.

    We have carried out high-visibility patrols in identified areas daily.
    We have liaised with partners regarding regeneration and discussed target hardening with landowners.
    Residents have been updated via PACT meetings and through SWL messaging.
    The residents directly affected by ASB have been visited and kept up to date with action by both Police and Partners.
    With regards to the Monster Park, we have monitored the concerns raised and have engaged with homeless persons and linked in with local homeless support.
