About us

    Action taken:

    Tackling off-road bikes still our top priority. On 6th June 2026, another successful operation as part of Op APEX with Neighbourhood Officers deployed alongside Officers from RPU and partner agencies took place. – 6 illegal e-bikes were seized from Llandaff North / Gabalfa, one top speed of 80.2 mph / male stopped bike seized and drugs seized.
    In total 39 MPVs were seized, taking the total seized since August 2025 to over 700.

    On 2nd June 2026 Male arrested for PWITS CLASS B, Possession of bladed article.
    We are continuing our partnership work with other agencies including Cardiff Council in relation to environmental factors and shortfalls which may assist us and help keep parks and green spaces safe.

    We still encourage community to report so we can continue to build intelligence around the bikes and riders.
