Policing priorities

  • Priority:

    Action taken:

  • Priority:

Drug dealing and anti-social behaviour relating to drug use

    Issued 18 September 2025

    Action taken:

From feedback from the community we are aware that drug dealing and anti-social behaviour is an issue in the Sutton area, in order to develop the intelligence around these issues officers have conducted multiple street surveys in different parts of Sutton, which has allowed them to identify hotspot areas, secure evidence to target offenders, resulting in partnership warning notices being issued to those blighting the community. Local Policing officers have devised partnership action plans ensuring situational awareness and shared ownership which saw areas targeted by fly tipping cleaned up and a reduction in fires being started in the area. In relation to drug dealing officers have conducted visits to local pubs , which led to the arrest of 3 males for possession with intent to supply.

    Actioned 27 November 2025
