About us

Local policing teams are groups of officers dedicated to serving the community. Teams are made up of officers based in the area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

    Action taken:

    Neighbourhood Policing Officers have been carrying out additional high-visibility patrols to tackle youth related anti-social behaviour and deter young persons from congregating in large numbers and causing issues to the local businesses and residents.
    Several young persons have been identified and work is ongoing towards utilisation of ASB powers to steer them away from criminality. Please report all incidents to us via Social Media desk, Merseyside Police Website, 101 or alternatively, you can report anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111.

    E-Bike Anti-Social Behaviour
    Neighbourhood Policing Team is determined to reduce anti-social behaviour ,with particular attention to issues involving e-bikes. Our officers are engaging with local residents, businesses, and partner agencies to address concerns and take action against those causing persistent problems.

    We are conducting high-visibility patrols in affected areas and seizing e-bikes being ridden illegally or dangerously.
