Funding was sort for Rainhill Reach outreach and the council safer communities team to provide a visible presence to engage with young people and deter them from this behaviour. Rainhill reach opened a local youth club to provide a safe place for youths to go in the evening and 1 x youth was issued a banning notice from a local shop.
