    Speeding.

    Action taken:

    Speedwatch is being organised in response to concerns about speeding in the area. Volunteers are currently being recruited and trained so they can take part in future Speedwatch sessions locally. Speedwatch is a community-led scheme that allows trained volunteers to work with police to monitor vehicle speeds and raise awareness of road safety concerns. A My Community Voice (MCV) message has also been shared to encourage more residents to get involved. Officers will continue to support the scheme and work with the community to improve road safety.

    Lorry movements.

    Action taken:

    We are aware of concerns relating to lorry movements in the area. The local council is investigating these issues and works closely with police where support is required. Officers attend when necessary and continue to liaise with partner agencies to address concerns raised by residents. We will continue to monitor the situation and support any appropriate action to improve road safety and reduce the impact on the local community.

    Antisocial behaviour.

    Action taken:

    Antisocial behaviour has reduced following regular high-visibility patrols and ongoing engagement within the Chalk area. Officers continue to maintain a visible presence, which acts as a deterrent and helps provide reassurance to local residents. We will continue to patrol identified locations, monitor any emerging issues and respond to concerns raised by the community.
