    Issues with teenagers in the Memorial Gardens in Tring, usually involving large groups of youths in the area, smoking, drinking alcohol, damaging property such as the benches inside the garden and leaving large amounts of litter. There are also noise complaints normally on the weekend evenings from local residents.
