Police have been actively patrolling around the area's suffering from this criminal activity and working with farmers and estate staff to identify any offenders.

Suspicious vehicles reported will be subject to intel checks and if suitable will be placed over social media.

Patrols will continue throughout the winter months into the spring time around the current priority areas.

Drivers not adhering to village speed limits

Action taken

The SNT will work with other colleagues to try and address the concerns of local residents. Speed Checks will be carried out with a view to educating drivers to the dangers of driving over the speed limit in Rural Villages. We will also work closely with local Community Speedwatch groups that are already set up.
