Since January 2017 I've been responsible for the 19 Parishes within Shrewsbury Rural East.

1990-2000- worked on Response/Patrol at Shrewsbury,

April 2000-September 2013 Worked as Local Police Officer in Shrewsbury Town Centre.

September 2013-January 2017 Safer Neighbourhood Officer for Harlescott and Sundorne.

 Throughout service worked extensively in Town Centre environment dealing with ASB, Crime and Disorder receiving both internal and external recognition for work in the field of ASB through use of ASBO ( Chief Constable Commendation in 2003)  and Crime Reduction at Licenced Premises due to liaison with Pubwatch and introduction of innovative schemes including a proof of age scheme for which he received the reward for Best on the Door Policy in 2011 by PASS, the Industry Standard on Proof of Age. I was also involved in the production of a Home Office Policy Document entitled False ID Guidance. I became a Wildlife Crime Officer in 2017 as I felt it was a natural fit with the work I encountered on my Rural beat.
