18/12/2017 Patrols carried out by PCSO Mackie, spoke to manager on site, all in order, no reference to youths/drugs.

10/09/2016 Snt have received recent Intel that college students are gathering during breaks at the rear of the HOOPLE education centre

4/10/2016 Cannabis warning issued to male, stop searched by PC after acting suspiciously in the area, grinder and small amount of cannabis found on his person.

6/10/2016 Two males arrested, 1x possession of cannabis 1x intent to supply.

18/10/2016 SNT officer encountered 5 males acting in an Anti social manner in the gardens of the Hoople centre, details taken and passed on for recording to the Harm Reduction Team.

14/11/2016 large group of males detained causing Anti Social Behaviour,1 arrested for assault with intent to rob personel property, enquiries ongoing.

08/12/2016 Patrols of the park, group spoken with, one male in possession of cannabis, to be charged accordingly

04/01/17 2x males arrested for the supply of class A drugs.

05/01/2017 New Anti - drugs posters displayed around park.

20/04/2017 Report of smell of canabis in the area, patrols carried out by PCSO's Mackie and Thomas, no issues to report.

26/09/2017 SNT attended due to report of ASB / cannabis use from member of public. All in order on arrival.

30/09/2017 Myself and PC Johnson met with Mike Gill form Balfour beatty at the park. PC Johnson is arranging for litter pick to be carried out, joint working with Council and students from all 3 colleges, large tree at rear of Aubrey close will be felled as deemed dangerous by Fire service, also a large tree stump to be removed by council asap. A bench that was removed from behind the Hoople building is being put back and bolted to the ground.

03/10/2017 Patrols carried out, group of 20 plus males/females searched after smell of canabis, officers dispersed the group and later found a small quantity of class A drugs that had been discarded.

13/10/2017 PC Johnson attended the gardens and seen that the bench has been replaced and securede, a litter pick has been carried out by the colleges, regular security also in place by Caple Security firm from Ross on Wye.

30/10/2017 Footpatrols carried out by myself and PCSO Walker at 14:50hrs, only one group of 3 girls in the park, no issues.

16/11/2017 Footpatrols carried out, 2 mixed groups 1 by the large central tree and 1 at the right of the entrance, all in order nothing to report.

22/11/2017 Report of students fighting, on arrival no large group or any fighting taking place, told 2 lads were fighting, seen to shake hands and leave the area.

24/11/2017 Patrols carried throughout the grounds by High town officers PC Parry and PC Austins, student groups spoken to, all in order, no issues.

03/01/2018 Patrols carried out by myself and 2347 PC Johnson, all area's checked, all in order.

08/01/2018 Patrols by SNT, 4 youths stop searched, canabis paraphenalia siezed,0l Strong  WOA given.

16/01/2018 Patrols carried out by PC Johnson and PCSO Walker, all in order no issues.

WMP have received reports of ASB in the car park area at B&M and Topps Tiles Holmer Rd Hereford, behaviour consists of vehicles driving erratically and in an anti social manner

Action taken

28/05/17 Patrol carried out three vehicles in the car park no issues all in order, advise given on behaviour whilst in car park.

18/06/2017 Incident logged at 21:10hrs.  Vehicles driving at speed on Holmer Rd.  Large group of vehicles encountered at 2 locations: B&M carpark and Aylestone Park, All RK's spoken to, strong WOA given regarding Anti Social driving.

26/06/2017 Cycle patrols of area, few vehicles around, not causing any issues.

15/07/2017 Vehicles have now moved further along the slip road to Topps Tiles carpark where they are causing the same issues.

16/07/2017 All carparks on slip road patrolled, no ASB at this time.

24/07/2017 All car parks checked, vehicles parked in Topps Tiles carpark no ASB to report.

18/08/2017 All carparks on slip road patrolled afternoon and late evening, no vehicles seen in any of the carparks.

29/08/17 Patrol carried out, no issues, all in order.

02/09/2017 Patrol carried out, several vehicles in the car park, no vehicle ASB taking place, all in order.

08/09/17  Patrol carried out, no issues, all in order.

24/09/2017 Patrol carried 23:00hrs, no vehicles around, reports that they are gathering at the leisure Centre overflow carpark.

23/10/2017 Reports recieved that vehicles are again turning up at the Multi storey carpark in town, regular patrols will be carried out.

16/11/17 Patrols carried out early evening by SNT, Sect 59 warning issued to youth for anti social driving by Sgt King. 

1/12/2017 Patrols carried out 20:00 - 21:00hrs, all Q No issues.

5/1/2018 Patrols carried out at retail parks, no sign of any vehicles, Aylestone park patrolled last few evenings, all in order, no issues, the parks comittee with the council have installed a barrier to prevent vehicle entrance to the top carpark to cause anti social driving, hopefully the barrier will be locked later in the evenings, dont think committee have arranged this as yet, SNT will continue patrols and monitor.
