Priority

Victoria park is an open space in Malvern Link which attracts a number of youths every evening. Linked to a small number of these individuals is criminal damage, littering and the use of foul and abusive language.

Malvern Retail Park is a great facility to all those to shop and spend time with friends. Unfortunately due to the nature of the location it owes itself to be an area for large groups of youths to congregate both on foot or in vehicles. Problems arise when these groups begin to act in an anti-social manner and cause a nuisance to others that are making use of the park.

Issued 9 June, 2018

Action taken

We will encourage residents to call the police on 101 when they witness anti-social behaviour.
