Consultation with the community has identified the following priorities in this neighbourhood.

Priority

Anti-Social Behaviour Frogmore Field and tunnels

There has been concerns raised regarding an increase in anti-social behaviour in the areas around Frogmore Field Eggbuckland and the tunnels in the adjacent area.

 

Local officers are increasing patrols in the area and anyone involved will be dealt with through the ASB Process in conjunction with Plymouth City Council Safer Communities Team.

 

Members of the Neighbourhood Policing Team are working with local councillors and Plymouth City Council to help resolve the issues of antu social behaviour in Frogmore Park.

Priority

ASB Alger walk

We have recieved numerous reports of ASB around the area of Alger Walk, we will be focusing our patrols in this area and looking at dealing with the repeat offenders

UPDATE APRIL 2018

Routine patrols are still being carried out in the area,one young person involved is currently on an Acceptable Behaviour Contract which includes behaviour in this area.

Routine patrols are still being carried out,another young person has signed an Acceptable Behaviour Contract which includes behaviour in this area and other areas in Southway that have been subject to Anti-Social Behaviour

UPDATE NOVEMBER 2018

For the last six weeks there has been a priority tasking for the area to focus police patrols. Since which time there has been a marked reduction in anti-social behaviour in and around Southway. Staff will continue to conduct regular patrols in the area.

Update: 09 November 2018 - ASB Alger Walk, Southway

The local Neighbourhood Team based at Crownhill Police Station are conducting regular patrols in the area to combat the ongoing issues. So far this seems to be working as there have not been any recent reports to us.
